Happy Friday! Sorry for not posting, with going back to work I have had trouble getting my schedule back. So since I don't really have any kind of post planned I decided to write up a spam post of some indies I have swatched but not gotten around to posting. I have a folder of over 100 pictures of different swatches that I need to get to, so expect more posts like this!
Pictures behind the cut :)
First up I have the ever popular Floam. I was never able to get a hold of this while it was being made by Nail-Venturous, but finally got it after Ninja Polish started making it. I was doing some swatching one day over summer and did this one last, and liked it so much instead of taking it off I wore it as a full mani. Here I have 2 coats of Sally Hansen Black Out with 2 coats of Floam over it.
Here I have Different Dimension Christmahanakwanzika. I loved this combo, it was very blingy. This is Orly Flare, 2 coats, with 2 coats of Christmahanakwanzika over it. There is so much going on in this glitter I think this would look good over almost any color!
Next I have Model City The Good Witch. I layered 2 coats of this over 3 coats of Nubar Pink Lily. Even at one coat it looked great and had great glitter coverage.
Once Upon a Polish Under the Sea over OPI Fly. 2 coats of each, and this was even better in person. It looked more vibrant.
Next I have Enkelini Whatever Lola Wants. This is 2 coats on its own, and this was much prettier once I got it than it looked on the computer. As much as I liked how it looked in the photos, there is something about it that just didn't translate. I didn't want to take this one off! The first pic is int eh sun, the second in the shade.
Now I have Jennifer by Shimmer Polish. This is 3 coats of Nubar Blue Hydrangea with 1 coat of Jennifer. I like having a nail polish with my name on it. I can pretend it was made just for me! lol
For the last one for this post, I have Whimsical Ideas by Pam Peanut Butter and Jelly . This is 3 coats, and I wanted to post this one since one of my best friends is wearing this right now! I love the look of the gold glitters floating in the base color.
That is all I have for today, but I will be back with more soon! Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!
Ooooooh Under The Sea from Once Upon a Polish is awesome!!!! I must get one of my own!! Great pictures!
