Integrate RS341 & nail mail!

Today I have the new Japanese polish I posted about in my last nail mail post. I know nothing about this brand, but I really like this polish. The brush was good and so was the formula. I used 2 coats here, but could have almost left it at one. It is a really pretty rose shimmery color. The shimmer was a little bit more apparent in real life, with no sun I couldn't get it to show up on camera very well. Also, Seche Vite does not like this color, there was shrinkage that you can see. Overall, this is a great polish, and thanks again to S for getting it for me!!

Now for the nail mail! I am so excited that these finally got here, they are even more amazing in person. I have here Rescue Beauty Lounge Aqua Lily and Halcyon from their Fan Collection. $20 a bottle is pretty steep, but I am glad I decided to splurge on these 2, I love them already! I had to take close up shots to show off the shimmer in the bottle, its amazing.

Tagged!

This is fun, my first time being tagged for one of these! The lovely cuti-clue-les tagged me, go check her out!

Alert the bloggers you tagged about this.

1)  How many polishes do you have?
I have 153 not counting base/top coats, my daughters polishes (she has her own collection going already and she's only 6 lol), or the 15 more that I have ordered that haven't arrived yet.
2)  What is your favourite brand of nail polish?
This is hard. I would say probably China Glaze or Zoya for major brands, even though I have more OPI than either of them, and A England or Dollish Polish for the more indie brands.
3)  Do you like crackle polish, or do you hate it?
I like it, though I have gotten rid of all my shatter/crackle polishes and won't buy any more.
4)  What was your first nail polish brand?
The very first brand I ever used was my moms clear Sally Hansen Hard as Nails. That was pretty much all the nail polish that was in our house since my mom is a nurse and couldn't really wear a lot of colors. My first brand since I started collecting within the last year or so was either OPI or Essie that I would buy at Target.
5)  If you’re gonna create a nail polish line, what are you gonna name it?
I am so not creative so even coming up with a name for this made up collection is impossible!
6)  What nail polish colour does not compliment you?
Yellow. I only have one yellow and though I do like it, it looks bad on me if worn by itself. It needs a glitter top coat or something to look decent.
7)  And what colour does compliment you?
I don't really know, but I like pretty much any color but yellow on me. I think dusty colors might look best
8)  Name 2 of your best nail art friends!
I'm new to the blogger world, so I don't really know any. But I do really enjoy the nail art both Gnarly Gnails and the-polished-perfectionist do.
9)  What was the best nail polish gift you have ever received?
The color I am currently wearing and will be posting about later, the Japenese polish one of my best friends sent me! It's Integrate RS341 and its super pretty!

10)Make a speech about thanking the blogger who gave you this tag.
http://cuti-clue-les.blogspot.com/ tagged me. She's just recently started her blog (like me), and I love it! I am so jealous of her lovely long nails, they make any polish look amazing! I'm looking forward to reading her blog for a very long time. And as a bonus, she's from Ireland, my favorite country in the whole world! I'm part Irish myself on my grandmothers side (she's a Murphy), and I will take any chance I can get to go visit there.

Nail mail!

Quick post before I leave for work, yay it's Friday!! I wanted to show you what I got in the mail this week. I posted one of these already, Models Own Tropical Sun, and it's here with the other Beetlejuice colors I got. One of my best friends went to Japan for vacation, and sent me a box of goodies when she got back. I had her  buy me 2 Butter Londons, and some Essie, and since she knows me so well she bought me a Japanese nail polish! I'm thrilled to have it in my collection, even though I know nothing about the brand. Here are the pics! New color will be posted this weekend, gotta decide which color to do when I get home!

Indian Ocean, Tropical Sun, Golden Green, Pinky Brown, Pink Cocktail
Artful Dodger, Victoriana

Lapiz of Luxury, Mezmerised, Go Overboard, Turquoise & Caicos, Jamaica Me Crazy

Models Own Tropical Sun

Today I have Models Own Tropical Sun. I ordered two of the 3 new Beetlejuice collection and a set of 3 minis of the original Beetlejuice collection from Boots. After a nightmare trying to actually get them here, I can say they are well worth the wait! I should have received them March 31st, but due to idiots in the delivery company they finally arrived April 12th. But back to the polish. I chose this one to wear first because I was in the mood for a fun pretty orange to hopefully counter the crappy weather.

This is a very pretty color, a peachy orange that shifts to pink and gold with some shimmer to it. I foresee wearing this a lot this summer! Photos are taken inside with indoor lighting and then indirect sun. I'm not too sure that the pink shift shows up in my pictures, but at the right angle it is there. I also didn't do any clean up because when I did them last night I didn't think  needed to but pictures don't lie and it appears I do have a slight bit I should have done.

Dollish Polish Expecto Patronum

Today I have my first Dollish Polish, Expecto Patronum. I only bought a mini size bottle, which I regretted almost instantly, and regret even more now that I have worn it. I will definitely be trying to get my hands on a full size! For this picture I used one coat of Expecto Patronum over 3 coats of Sally Hansen Polar Bare. Polar Bare is really sheer so I think I need to get a more opaque white but I love how this looks overall. Formula was wonderful. Picture is inside since its already evening here and there was no sun today anyway :(
